First Project Ever

Hi there,

As promised in my previous post, it's time to reveal my first beads accessory ever. Are you ready? Here it goes..

This happens, when you try to use all beads available

To be honest, I like the colors. But everything else just looks so messy. And, as you might see, each part looks totally different. Well, I wanted to try out every technique I could possibly imagine, so that's why everything is incorporated there. 

An the cherry on the cake is the way I attached it to the pin. Oh my. Such a mess! And you know what's funny? All these "stitches" didn't even set the hair piece together! I had to glue it to the base. 

Well, I do learn from my mistakes and try to bind the wire more neatly. But it's hard! So for now there's a 50/50 chance that it will look tidy. So tell me what you think. Did it make you smile?

And the next photo is my work in progress. To be true, it's finished already, but I'll reveal it in my next post. Let's call it a cliffhanger :)

Reminds me of wheat. Wheat, made of beads, of course :)

And yes, I figured out that you don't usually say things like "like this post" or "subscribe". But it would be great, if you follow me somehow anyway :)
